Photos and products from Winefan, coloursofwine.com, are bought for editorial use and only for the period agreed on when purchased. The images may not be resold, copied or lent to any third party without consent from Winefan, colourofwines.com.

Manipulating or retouching the images is not allowed unless written consent from Winefan, colourofwines.com.

Source indication of Winefan and the photographers name shall be used when publishing images from Winefan, colourofwines.com. Failing to do so, the comission of this may Winefan, coloursofwine.com, charge a fee of 100% of the purchase price.

Every customer and user of the images and products provided by Winefan, coloursofwine.com, are solely responsible for the use and clarification of rights. Please note the rights depicted using photography in the commercial context, cf. Copyright Act § 45.

The images are sold for editorial use without the. Using pictures, the customer is responsible for following the restrictions that apply to the image. Photos from Winefan, coloursofwine.com is cleared for commercial use unless special restrictions are given.

Images that are delivered digitally or scanned at the customer, should be deleted after the agreed use. This also applies to customers who download photos from Winefan, coloursofwine.com digital image base. The reuse of digital images to the image is downloaded or ordered again.

Ordered / bought DVDs can not be returned or exchanged.
All prices are without VAT.
